Tungsten Mining (ASX:TGN) appointed Jefferies (Australia) as financial advisor to provide strategic advice regarding potential strategic investors for the planned development of its Watershed tungsten project in
Queensland, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Jefferies will support the firm in identifying, evaluating, and engaging with potential strategic investors, as well as providing advice in relation to the structure and execution of any potential strategic investment.
The strategic investor workstream will run in parallel with the debt funding process led by Cutfield Freeman.
