NTT UD REIT Investment to Raise 2 Billion Yen Debt Finance

NTT UD REIT Investment (TYO:8956) plans to raise debt finance of 2 billion yen from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, according to a Monday filing to the Tokyo bourse.

The funds raised will be used to repay a loan of 2 billion yen that is maturing on Sept. 30.

The loan will carry a floating rate of base interest rate plus 0.28% and is scheduled to mature in eight years on Sept. 30,

2034.
