Breton Technology Signs LOI with Zimbabwean Investment Firm

Breton Technology (HKG:1333) entered into a letter of intent for cooperation with INHOYI INVESTMENTS, a Zimbabwe-based investment firm, a Friday bourse filing showed.

The parties plan to collaborate in sales agency for electric mining trucks and in the investment and operation of mining equipment in Africa, the filing said.

The letter of intent runs until Sept. 26, 2036, the battery‑electric engineering company said.
