Epiworld International Enters Silicon Carbide Epitaxial Wafer Sale Contract; Shares Slip 4%

Epiworld International (HKG:2726) agreed to sell additional 6-inch and 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers to a major international customer, a Thursday bourse filing showed.
Shares of the silicon carbide semiconductor epitaxial wafer manufacturer were down nearly 4% in Friday afternoon trading.
The wafers, with a maximum sales value of around $95.8 million, will be delivered to the customer by Dec. 31.
