VisionWave Accepts $20 Million Purchase Order for Unmanned Vehicles

VisionWave (VWAV) has accepted a $20 million order from Metal Machinery Components Trading FZCO for 200 unmanned ground vehicles, the company said Thursday.
The company plans to deliver the order in three batches over 36 months after the buyer meets specific financial and regulatory conditions, it said.
The agreement requires a $2 million advance payment secured by a bank guarantee, the company said.
The customer intends to distribute the assets to prospective end users who must first pass strict compliance and export control reviews, VisionWave added.
