Parkson Retail Group (HKG:3368) unit Mianyang Fulin Parkson Plaza agreed to lease about 38,511 square meters of space at Zijing Plaza in Mianyang, Sichuan, for 20 years.
The lease is expected to begin on July 1, 2027, or no later than Oct. 1, 2027, and covers the basement, first to fourth floors and mezzanine of the property, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The site will be operated as a Parkson shopping center, with retail, dining, entertainment and other commercial services.
