The increase stems from the acquisition of equities of 1.42% and 12.88% in Nanjing Heben Electromechanical Equipment Technology for 100 million yuan, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the industrial automation equipment manufacturer were down 10% in recent trade.
