FingerMotion Signs Binding Letter of Intent to Acquire Industrial Land in Alberta

FingerMotion (FNGR) said Monday its wholly owned subsidiary, Hanna Campus #1, has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire about 20.2 acres of industrial land in Hanna, Alberta.
The site has 3 megawatts of grid power available under an agreement with the town of Hanna, with a natural gas interconnection through ATCO Energy to support behind-the-meter generation, the company said.
The company said it plans to develop the property as a 9.9 megawatt site within its Brooks Zone in central-east Alberta, with the site contracted to AI and high-performance computing clients under long-term agreements.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
