Suncorp Group (ASX:SUN) said it had 1.06 billion fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the firm issued as of Sept. 19, and the aggregated percentage of voting shares in respect of which its controlled entities have the power to control voting or disposal was nil, according to a Tuesday ASX filing.
Its shares fell 1% in recent trading on Tuesday.
