Centuria Capital Group Says Bathla Group Project in New South Wales Receives Occupation Certificate

Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) said troubled property developer Bathla Group's Sanctuary Quarter residential community in New South Wales received an occupation certificate, allowing it to progress through the settlement process for sales, subject to title issuance, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said its Centuria Bass division continues to target an orderly and timely recovery of investor capital from exposures to the Bathla Group.
Centuria Capital Group's shares were up nearly 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
