Hong Kong is seeking to raise HK$15 billion to HK$20 billion through a multi-currency digital green bond, which could be the world's largest of its kind, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The bonds will be denominated in US dollars, Hong Kong dollars, euros and offshore yuan, with pricing potentially as early as Monday, the people said.

The government has mandated banks to arrange a series of fixed-income investor meetings this week as Hong Kong seeks to strengthen its position as a fixed-income hub, according to Bloomberg.
