Healius (ASX:HLS) has agreed to sell Agilex Biolabs to Novotech in a AU$150 million deal, according to a Thursday report by the Australian Financial Review, citing people with knowledge of the deal.

The report said Healius finalised terms with Novotech's owners on Thursday, with a disclosure detailing the deal expected imminently.

Novotech is a clinical research organization valued at more than $3 billion and controlled by global buyout firm TPG alongside Singaporean investors GIC and Temasek, per the report.

Healius did not immediately respond to MT Newswires request for comment.
