TYK Medicines (HKG:2410) said it and its licensing partner, Qilu, have agreed to call off the subscription share offering of 63.2 million H shares, citing market conditions, according to a Sunday bourse filing.
The company said the move does not affect its licensing agreement with Qilu, and both will continue to collaborate as per the terms of their deal.
TYK's shares were last up 3% on Monday on the HKEX.
