Johnson & Johnson's (JNJ) positive phase 3 bipolar mania data and

consistent safety profile for Caplyta support more than $5 billion in peak sales potential, UBS said in a note emailed Tuesday.

UBS said it sees the readout as a meaningful positive for the broader Caplyta

franchise and noted effect size on efficacy as particularly noteworthy, while statistically significant separation from placebo as early as Day 3 could support broader use.

UBS said Caplyta's safety was consistent with its established profile, with dry mouth and nausea each reported in 7.9% of patients. The brokerage said it expects generic competition to remain limited beyond the next decade.

UBS maintained a buy rating on th stock with a $320 per share price target.
