Endava CFO Placed on Leave During Accounting Investigation

Endava Chief Financial Officer Mark Thurston has been placed on administrative leave during an investigation into the company's accounting practices.
Endava's audit committee recommended Thurston be placed on leave pending the conclusion of an investigation by an independent counsel based on concerns over accounting treatment of certain customers and supplier agreements.
Thurston is being succeeded by Conor McShane of the consulting firm AlixPartners, who will serve in the interim.
Thurston joined the company in 2015 and is also on the board, according to Endava's website.
