The disposal will allow the company to optimize its resource allocation, focus on core business development, and boost operational efficiency, a Monday bourse filing showed.

The port operator plans to use proceeds to supplement its daily operation capital.

The target engages mainly in the digital port service, green energy refueling, and other businesses.
