Clearwater Paper (CLW) refinanced its 2028 senior notes and existing credit facilities, replacing them with new term loan and revolving credit facilities, the company said Monday.
The new financing package includes a fully funded $275 million term loan and a $200 million revolver, with a $100 million uncommitted increase option, the company said.
Clearwater Paper used the new borrowings to repay its ABL facility and redeem $275 million of 2028 senior notes, with the new credit agreement maturing Sept. 18, 2031, it added.
