Synnex Technology International's (TPE:2347) subsidiary, Peer Development, disposed of 397,895 shares in TD Synnex for $104.6 million, according to a Friday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The technology distributor's unit disposed of the shares at an average price of $262.8 per share to boost working capital.
