Live Oak Acquisition VI (LOVIU) priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 each for expected gross proceeds of $200 million, the blank-check company said Tuesday.

Each unit consists of one class A ordinary share and half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one class A ordinary share at $11.50, the company said.

Underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units.

The units are expected to begin trading Wednesday on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "LOVIU."

The underlying securities will later trade separately under the symbols "LOVI" for the shares and "LOVIW" for the warrants.

The offering is expected to close Thursday, subject to customary closing conditions.
