CN Logistics International Unit Leases Florida Office, Warehouse Space

CN Logistics International (HKG:2130) said its wholly owned subsidiary Allport Cruise Services agreed to lease about 98,407 square feet of office and warehouse space in Opa-locka, Florida.
The lease with Foundry Meek II runs for 124 months, starting Dec. 1, with a monthly base rent of about $132,000 in the first year, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The rent will increase annually to about $196,000 per month over the lease term. The group expects to recognize a right-of-use asset of about $16.4 million under the lease.
