PICC P&C Publishes Audited 2025 Compulsory Motor Insurance Financial Statements and Actuarial Report

PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited (PICC P&C) has made public its 2025 financial statements for compulsory third-party liability motor vehicle insurance (Compulsory Motor Insurance) alongside an accompanying actuarial report.

The newly released financial statements comprise the income statement, proprietary statement of financial position and related notes for the 12 months ended 31 December 2025. The figures have been audited by a domestic auditor and received approval from the company’s Board of Directors. Documents are available on the Insurance Association of China’s website (www.iachina.cn) and the company’s website (property.picc.com).

The actuarial report details: • Claim-cost analysis for policies covering the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025. • Assessment of how Premium Rate Adjustment Measures have influenced overall premium levels. • Evaluation of historical claim-cost trends and projections for 2026.

The disclosure fulfils regulatory requirements for insurers operating in mainland China and provides investors with updated insight into PICC P&C’s compulsory motor insurance performance. The announcement was issued from Beijing on 24 September 2026 and signed by Board Secretary Bi Xin.
