Mandate utilisation and capacity • The current buyback falls under the mandate granted on 20 August 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 1.17 billion shares. • Cumulative utilisation has reached 18.00 million shares, equivalent to 0.15 % of the authorised limit.

Regulatory considerations • BOSIDENG confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules for all transactions. • In line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 25 October 2026.

Strategic perspective The latest series of repurchases indicates BOSIDENG’s ongoing commitment to shareholder returns through active capital management. Cancellation of the acquired shares will marginally reduce the total share count, potentially enhancing earnings per share once effected.
