Haiwei Shares (09609) has announced that on September 30, 2026, the company entered into a partnership agreement with Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), the fund's general partner Shanghai Zhengxin Gu Investment Management Co., Ltd., and the company has agreed to subscribe for limited partnership interest in the fund, with a capital commitment of RMB 100 million.

The capital commitment was determined by the general partner and the company through fair negotiation, taking into account multiple factors including the terms of the partnership agreement, the fund's investment strategy and focus on artificial intelligence and frontier technologies, the fund manager's track record and investment capabilities, the fund's expected scale, and market terms for comparable fund investments.

The capital commitment will be funded by the company's internal resources and will not use any net proceeds from the global offering.

The fund will primarily invest in investment targets engaged in large model development for artificial intelligence, hardware manufacturing, and applications in various fields such as biopharmaceuticals, technology, and consumer goods.

The subscription aims to leverage the fund manager's professional investment experience and risk management capabilities to diversify the company's investment portfolio and improve its capital utilization efficiency.

Given the board's optimistic view on the long-term prospects of artificial intelligence, large models, and related technologies, the subscription will also enable the company to access potential investment opportunities in these fields and have the opportunity to generate investment returns.
