IMMUNEONCO-B (01541) has issued an announcement regarding a capital increase of RMB 50 million for its subsidiary Yiming Kaier Biopharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai).

As of the date of this announcement, the capital increase and the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures have been completed. The investor has paid the consideration of RMB 50 million in accordance with the capital increase agreement.

Following the completion of the capital increase, the target company Yiming Kaier Biopharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is held approximately 68.34%, 15.83%, 6.33%, 6.33%, and 3.17% by the company, Jiaxing Changxin, Shengke Qihang, Xinjie Chuangyuan, and Mr. Wang, respectively.

Accordingly, the target company remains a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial results will continue to be consolidated into the group's financial statements. The target company is primarily engaged in the development of innovative drugs for metabolic diseases and rare diseases.
