China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a static share capital structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirements.
The carrier’s authorised and registered share capital remained unchanged at 22.09 billion shares (par value: RMB 1 each). This comprises 5.06 billion H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 17.02 billion A-shares listed in Shanghai, mirroring the figures reported at the end of August 2026.
Issued share capital also showed no movement during the month. Outstanding H-shares stood at 5.06 billion, while A-shares totalled 17.02 billion; no treasury shares were held in either class. The company reconfirmed that its H-share public float exceeds the 5 % minimum threshold required of PRC issuers under Main Board Rule 13.32B.
China Eastern disclosed that 45.78 million A-shares, previously redeemed on 29 April 2026, remain pending formal cancellation. No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised or outstanding during September.
The filing was authorised by Joint Company Secretary Mr Li Ganbin and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 30 September 2026.
