According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 24, Ourea Biotech HK Limited reduced its holdings in GenFleet-B (02595) by 6 million shares at a price of HK$27.3 per share, for a total amount of HK$163.8 million.

Following the reduction, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 16.3069 million shares, representing a latest shareholding ratio of 4.64%.

This transaction involves other related parties: HL GP II Company Limited and HL Partners II L.P.

Supplementary information: Ourea Biotech is controlled by HL Partners II L.P., which is a limited partnership established under the laws of the Cayman Islands and is ultimately managed by its general partner, HL GP II Company Limited.

Therefore, under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, HL Partners II L.P. and HL GP II Company Limited are each deemed to have an interest in the shares held by Ourea Biotech.
