Acotec Scientific Holdings Limited (Acotec) has published its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews platform and the company’s website. The document is immediately accessible at www.hkexnews.hk and www.acotec.cn.
In alignment with the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023 (HKEX Listing Rule 2.07), Acotec confirmed that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be disseminated exclusively via electronic means.
Key operational changes for shareholders: • Email registration urged: Registered shareholders are requested to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Default arrangement: Absent a valid email address, shareholders will not receive electronic notifications. Instead, the company will post printed notices and actionable corporate communications until an email address is supplied. • Printed copies on demand: Shareholders experiencing access difficulties may request hard copies of the current or future corporate communications free of charge by emailing acotec.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Such requests remain valid for one year from receipt.
