On 23 September 2026, Frontage Holdings Corporation (“FRONTAGE”) released its 2026 Interim Report, now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.frontagelab.com) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board strongly encourages shareholders to review the online version for timely access. Registered shareholders that have pre-elected to receive printed materials will find hard copies enclosed with the notice. Those preferring physical copies, or who face difficulties accessing the electronic version, can request free printed reports by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com.
