According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on 29 September, New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. increased its holdings in AVICHINA (02357) by 31 million shares at a price of HK$3.078 per share, for a total amount of approximately HK$95.418 million.

Following the increase, the latest shareholding stands at approximately 373 million shares, representing a latest shareholding ratio of 6.01%.

This transaction involves a connected party: New China Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Supplementary information: Pursuant to an investment management agreement between New China Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("NCAM") and New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. ("NCLI"), NCAM provides investment management and consulting services for NCLI's assets. On 29 September 2026, NCAM acquired 31,000,000 H shares of the listed corporation on-market, increasing its long position from 342,213,000 H shares (5.51%) to 373,213,000 H shares (6.01%). The shares are held as investment manager (capacity code 2102).
