Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) announced that Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (KWAP) disposed of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in an open-market transaction on Sep, 24 2026.
Following the sale, KWAP holds 442,703,250 shares directly, representing 5.521% of Top Glove’s issued capital, and 60,088,800 shares indirectly, equal to 0.749%, giving it a total interest of 502,792,050 shares.
Top Glove said it received the notification of the change on Sep, 25 2026.
