Keppel DC REIT announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Keppel DC REIT Fin. Company Pte. Ltd., has entered into two facility agreements dated Sep, 21 2026 for a 220 million Singapore dollars green revolving credit facility and a 36 billion yen term loan facility.

Both facilities are guaranteed by Perpetual (Asia) Limited in its capacity as trustee of Keppel DC REIT.

The agreements stipulate that any change in the manager or its effective shareholding would trigger a mandatory prepayment event, requiring the borrower to repay all outstanding amounts, accrued interest, and related monies.

Should such an event cause a cross-default across the group’s other borrowings, approximately 3.5432 billion Singapore dollars of utilised and unutilised facilities could be affected.

Keppel DC REIT confirmed that no mandatory prepayment event has occurred as of the announcement date.
