FIH Mobile Executes HKD1.60 Million Share Buyback, Boosting Treasury Stock to 5.72 Million Shares

FIH Mobile Limited on 28 September 2026 repurchased 110,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 1.60 million. The shares were bought at prices between HKD 14.38 and HKD 14.88, translating to a volume-weighted average purchase price of HKD 14.53 per share.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 782.73 million from 782.84 million, a reduction of 0.014 %. Treasury holdings increased to 5.72 million shares, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 788.45 million.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which permits the repurchase of up to 78.27 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.05 million shares, equivalent to 0.39 % of the company’s issued share base at mandate approval. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, FIH Mobile is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 October 2026.
