On 24 September 2026, Xiaohui Chen disposed of 10 million shares of MING YUAN CLOUD via an off-exchange derivative transaction (equity collar settlement) and simultaneously reduced his short position by 10 million shares to zero. The transaction was an off-exchange derivative dealing, not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, Chen's long position in MING YUAN CLOUD was 268.14 million shares, representing 14.15%; following the transaction, the holding changed to 258.14 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 13.62%. For the short position, Chen previously held 10.00 million shares (0.53%), which was fully covered, resulting in a nil short position.
