Dow Futures rose 0.01%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.03%, Nasdaq Futures rose 0.07% as sentiment leaned cautiously constructive amid light, steady overnight flows.

Summit Therapeutics shares surged 18.35% in overnight trading. Summit said that British drugmaker AstraZeneca would invest $2 billion in the company and collaborate on a ‌series of studies testing their cancer treatments together.

Navitas Semiconductor jumped 12.28% in overnight trading. The move followed a U.S. Army ALATTIS award, sponsored by the Army Research Laboratory, to design, fabricate, and test 10 kV silicon‑carbide power devices and validate a domestic manufacturing process for ultra‑high‑voltage semiconductors, alongside a deepening collaboration with MagnaChip that includes a recent equity investment and licensing of GeneSiC high‑voltage SiC technology for mission‑critical military systems.

Fair Isaac tumbled 9.06%. The decline came amid FHFA measures to adopt a unified pricing table and a dual‑score framework that incorporates VantageScore alongside FICO across agency products at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and after officials alleged per‑person credit‑score costs jumped about 1,800% since 2020, intensifying competitive pressure on its mortgage credit‑scoring franchise.
