LONGCHEER Repurchases 177,600 H-Shares, Lifts Treasury Holdings to 876,500 Shares

Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (abbrev. LONGCHEER) reported the repurchase of 177,600 H-shares on 28 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions. Key details are as follows:

• Transaction highlights: Shares were bought back at prices ranging from HKD 20.88 to HKD 21.30, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 21.22. Total consideration amounted to HKD 3.77 million.

• Capital impact: The buyback represents 0.34 % of LONGCHEER’s issued H-share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of 24 September 2026. Issued shares outstanding fell from 51.56 million to 51.38 million, while treasury shares rose from 698,900 to 876,500. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 52.26 million, as repurchased shares are held in treasury.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation: The current authorisation, approved on 8 May 2026, permits the company to repurchase up to 5.23 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate total 876,500 shares, equivalent to 1.68 % of the issued share base when the mandate was granted.

• Post-repurchase restrictions: In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, LONGCHEER is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 October 2026.

The board confirms that all repurchase activities complied with applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
