AIDIGONG (00286) has announced that on September 25, 2026, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that the Exchange's Listing Committee has decided to delist the company under Listing Rule 6.01A(1), on the grounds that, as at the deadline and up to the date of the said letter, the company had failed to properly fulfill the resumption guidance, and the company's request for an extension of the deadline was rejected because the Listing Committee considered that, under paragraphs 22 and 23 of Guidance Letter GL95-18, the company was not entitled to an extension.

The last date on which the shares will be listed will be October 12, 2026, and the shares will be delisted from 9:00 a.m. on October 13, 2026. The company will not apply for a review of the delisting decision made by the Listing Committee.

The group's cash balance is limited, which has seriously hindered the group's ability to fulfill the resumption guidance. The group has been seeking ways to increase working capital but, as at the date of this announcement, has achieved no results. In addition, the group notes that Shenzhen AIDIGONG is still operating. However, the group is unable to verify its operating details and financial condition, because before the actual control of Shenzhen AIDIGONG is transferred to the group in accordance with the above arbitration award and court judgment, the group remains unable to obtain such information.
