Universe Entertainment and Culture (01046) has released its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026, reporting total revenue of HK$120 million, a year-on-year decline of 74.59%; loss attributable to owners of the company of HK$10.938 million, a year-on-year decrease of 82.69%; and loss per share of HK$0.0121.
The announcement stated that the group's performance for the year improved compared to the previous year, primarily attributable to a reduction of approximately HK$69.1 million in impairment losses on film copyrights and films in production compared to last year.
