IMMUNEONCO-B Repurchases 70,600 H Shares for HK$0.24 Million, Treasury Stock Rises to 2.34 Million Shares

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. (IMMUNEONCO-B) disclosed that it bought back 70,600 H shares on 29 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchased shares represent 0.0169% of the company’s issued share capital excluding treasury shares.

Purchase prices ranged between HK$3.265 and HK$3.415 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HK$3.3556. The total consideration amounted to HK$0.24 million.

Post-transaction, IMMUNEONCO-B’s treasury stock increased to 2.34 million H shares, while its outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 418.13 million. The total issued share capital, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 420.48 million.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026, the company is authorised to buy back up to 43.15 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate’s adoption now stand at 2.34 million shares, equivalent to 0.54% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, IMMUNEONCO-B is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 29 October 2026.
