TIMELESS Implements Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications; Shareholders Asked to Confirm E-mail Details by 22 September 2026

On 25 August 2026, Timeless Resources Holdings Limited (“TIMELESS”) notified registered shareholders that it will migrate all future corporate communications to electronic distribution in accordance with Rule 16.04A of the GEM Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and the company’s Articles of Association.

The shift covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. English and Chinese versions of each document will be accessible on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.timeless.com.hk), replacing regular hard-copy mailings.

Shareholders are requested to confirm or update their e-mail contact details by either: 1. Scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form, or 2. Returning the signed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Key timeline and default arrangements • Reply deadline: 22 September 2026. • No response by the deadline will be treated as deemed consent to receive electronic notifications and to access documents via the company’s website (“Website Version”). • Shareholders who opt for the Website Version but fail to provide a valid e-mail address will receive postal notifications for new publications and printed copies of any “Actionable Corporate Communications” (documents requiring shareholder action). • Shareholders may still request printed copies at no cost by e-mailing timeless.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the share registrar; such requests remain valid for one year.

The board, chaired by Felipe Tan, emphasised that the paperless initiative aligns with the HKEX’s expanded sustainability framework and aims to enhance dissemination efficiency while reducing environmental impact.
