On September 24, according to an administrative penalty decision information disclosure form from the Ezhou Branch of the People's Bank of China, Agricultural Bank Of China Limited (ABC) Ezhou Branch was issued a warning and fined 250,000 yuan by the Ezhou Branch of the People's Bank of China for withholding fiscal deposits or funds.
