Antengene Corporation Limited (ANTENGENE-B) disclosed that it repurchased 88,000 ordinary shares on 30 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 3.425 and HKD 3.535, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.4605 per share. Aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HKD 0.30 million.

Following the transaction, Antengene’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.0128 % from 687.03 million to 686.94 million. Concurrently, treasury shares rose to 2.59 million, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 689.54 million.

The repurchase was executed under the buyback mandate approved on 10 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 67.92 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 2.39 million shares, representing 0.35 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Antengene confirmed that the transaction complied with applicable regulations and that no new share issuance or treasury-share disposal will occur until at least 30 October 2026.
