Xinyi Glass Issues 33.16 Million New Shares Under Scrip Dividend, Expanding Share Base by 0.75 %

On 30 September 2026, Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited completed the allotment of 33.16 million ordinary shares pursuant to its scrip dividend scheme linked to the interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
The new shares were issued at HKD 8.57 each, adding approximately HKD 284.20 million in equity value and increasing the company’s issued share capital to 4.46 billion shares from 4.43 billion shares. The transaction represents a 0.75 % expansion in the outstanding share base.
No treasury shares were created, redeemed or sold, and there were no share repurchases reported for the period. All regulatory confirmations under Hong Kong Listing Rules were provided by the company secretary, Lau Sik Yuen.
