On September 25, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. acquired 1.51 million H shares of FUYAO GLASS off-exchange at an average of HKD 54.1241 per share, involving approximately HKD 81.94 million. The transaction was an off-exchange dealing with cash consideration, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing. This acquisition resulted in an increase in the declarant's deemed interest in shares available for lending through its approved lending agent.
