NUMANS (02530) has issued an announcement stating that the company was informed by Far East Wealth, Mr. Wang, and Ms. Cui that on September 28, 2026, as part of a family wealth planning arrangement, Mr. Wang transferred his 91% equity interest in Far East Wealth to his spouse, Ms. Cui, for a nominal consideration.

Immediately before and immediately after the completion of the share transfer, Far East Wealth remained the controlling shareholder, holding 750,000,000 shares, representing 75% of the company's total issued share capital.

Immediately prior to the completion of the share transfer, Far East Wealth was held as to 91% by Mr. Wang and 9% by Ms. Cui.

Immediately following the completion of the share transfer, Ms. Cui will become the sole shareholder of Far East Wealth, and Mr. Wang will no longer retain any equity interest in Far East Wealth.

By virtue of her interest in Far East Wealth, Ms. Cui will be deemed to have an interest in 750,000,000 shares, representing 75% of the company's total issued share capital.
