Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Provides Update on Planned Upstream Share Transfer

Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Corporation Limited stated on Sep, 24 2026 that its controlling shareholder, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd. (TPH), has confirmed the formal listing of a planned disposal involving 100% of Shanghai Liuliguang Medical Development Co., Ltd. on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange.

The information disclosure for the proposed transfer began on Sep, 24 2026 and is scheduled to end on Oct, 29 2026. The sale concerns the entire equity interests held by SIIC Shanghai (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai SIIC Investment Development Co., Ltd. in Liuliguang Medical, which is an upstream shareholder in TPH’s ownership chain.

Current ownership details provided by the company are: • TPH owns about 43.091% of Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang. • Jinhushen Biological Medical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. holds 67% of TPH, while Tianjin Guoyu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. owns the remaining 33%. • Liuliguang Medical controls 35% of Jinhushen. • SIIC Shanghai (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai SIIC Investment Development Co., Ltd. respectively own 51% and 49% of Liuliguang Medical.

Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang said it will monitor the process and release further updates as necessary. The firm cautioned investors that there is no certainty the transaction will be completed.
