HashKey Holdings Limited announced a Next Day Disclosure Return showing the repurchase of 1.13 million ordinary shares on 23 September 2026. The on-exchange purchases, executed within a price range of HKD 2.54–2.70 and at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.64 per share, totalled HKD 2.98 million in consideration. The shares are being held as treasury stock; none were cancelled.
Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury) declined by 0.04% to 2.75 billion, while treasury shares increased to 15.31 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 2.77 billion.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 11 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 276.61 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 15.31 million shares, equivalent to 0.55% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date, leaving significant capacity for further buybacks.
Consistent with Hong Kong Listing Rules, HashKey is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or the sale or transfer of treasury shares until 23 October 2026.
