On 24 September 2026, Digital China Holdings Limited (DC Holdings) formally announced the release of its 2026 Interim Report. Both Chinese and English versions are now available for download on the company’s website (www.dcholdings.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected—or are deemed to have elected—to receive corporate communications electronically may request a complimentary printed copy of the interim report from Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

DC Holdings also reiterated that shareholders retain the right to adjust their future communication preferences. A minimum of five working days’ written notice, or submission of the provided Change Request Form, allows shareholders to: • switch between electronic and printed formats; • choose Chinese, English, or bilingual hard-copy versions.

Completed forms can be mailed—postage-free within Hong Kong—or emailed to dcholdings-ecom@vistra.com. For additional assistance, shareholders may contact the registrar’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Guo Wei, acting on behalf of the board of DC Holdings.
