Dajin Heavy Industry (01081) jumped over 7%, rising 6.99% to HK$34 as of press time, with turnover of HK$231 million.
On the news front, recent positive developments such as large-scale project pipelines, Germany's auction mechanism reform, and France's AO10 are enhancing the visibility of future order recovery in the European offshore wind supply chain.
It is understood that Dajin Heavy Industry's revenue is highly concentrated in the European market. In its previous Hong Kong listing prospectus, the company disclosed that during the reporting period, revenue from the European market accounted for more than half of its total revenue.
JPMorgan recently noted that Dajin Heavy Industry is a globally leading supplier of offshore wind foundations. Although downward revisions to earnings forecasts have led to a significant decline in the share price since mid-2026, the bank expects the company's earnings to rebound in 2027 as headwinds in foreign exchange and logistics subside and European order growth reaccelerates.
The bank stated that the company stands to benefit from the multi-year upcycle in European offshore wind construction.
