Vitasoy International Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 130,000 ordinary shares on 22 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 6.52–6.53 per share, spending HKD 0.85 million. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation.
Including this latest purchase, Vitasoy has bought back 4.79 million shares between 25 August and 22 September 2026 through 18 on-market transactions. The cumulative volume represents 0.47% of the company’s issued share capital at the date of the repurchase mandate (24 August 2026) and was executed at prices ranging from HKD 6.32 to HKD 6.53 per share.
Despite the ongoing buyback programme, Vitasoy’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1.02 billion shares as of 22 September 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. The company holds no treasury shares.
The current mandate authorises the repurchase of up to 101.76 million shares; the shares acquired to date consume 4.71% of that limit. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Vitasoy is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 22 October 2026.
