CGN Power Issues Ninth and Tenth 2026 Medium-Term Notes Totaling RMB1.80 Billion

CGN Power Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its ninth and tenth tranches of 2026 medium-term notes on 22 September 2026, raising a combined RMB1.80 billion in the on-shore interbank debenture market.

The ninth tranche reached RMB900.00 million with a three-year tenor, par value of RMB100, and a fixed coupon of 1.56%. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited acted as sole bookrunner and syndicate lead.

The tenth tranche matched the ninth in size at RMB900.00 million, identical maturity and coupon terms, and was bookrun by Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. Both tranches will accrue interest from 23 September 2026 until maturity on 23 September 2029.

Proceeds are earmarked for the repayment of borrowings at CGN Power’s subsidiaries. The company stated it is not in breach of trust, and the issuance does not constitute a transaction under Chapters 14 or 14A of Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. Relevant issuance documents will be available on the Shanghai Clearing House and China Money websites.
